Refunds, returns & exchanges
The products we sell are of a personal nature and used for very personal things. We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns for any items purchased on the website unless they are faulty or have been damaged on their way to you.
We do this to protect you as the consumer. We cannot accept any returns for our products unless they are faulty, of which they will be replaced within the first year of purchase. Please notify us via email as soon as possible if your toy is faulty.
The various items we sell come beautifully packaged, and there is no certain way to tell if they were opened or not. By accepting returned goods we are compromising on the health and safety standard we have set.
The brands we sell are well known and have a reputable name in the industry; therefore most of the products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. If you have changed your mind for whatever reason, and your parcel is still with the courier, or you have just received it and it remains unopened – we can then accept your return and credit your account or give you store credit to purchase
something else. We do however charge a 10% administration fee for such returns.
Kindly note that due to hygiene reasons lingerie cannot be returned. Please make sure of your size before purchasing a lingerie item. A size guide has been provided with measurements. If you are not sure which size to get, please contact us via email or chat with us directly. We want you to be ecstatic with your purchase and to feel confident in your new attire, so finding the right fit is our main priority.
