Refunds, returns & exchanges
The products we sell are of a personal nature and used for very personal things. We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns for any items purchased on the website unless they are faulty or have been damaged on their way to you.
We do this to protect you as the consumer. We cannot accept any returns for our products unless they are faulty, of which they will be replaced within the first year of purchase. Please notify us via email as soon as possible if your toy is faulty.
The various items we sell come beautifully packaged, and there is no certain way to tell if they were opened or not. By accepting returned goods we are compromising on the health and safety standard we have set.
The brands we sell are well known and have a reputable name in the industry; therefore most of the products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. If you have changed your mind for whatever reason, and your parcel is still with the courier, or you have just received it and it remains unopened – we can then accept your return and credit your account or give you store credit to purchase something else. We do however charge a 10% administration fee for such returns.

Many of the intimate products we sell come with features such as travel locks to ensure that the item does not turn on during shipping. Please make sure that you have followed all instructions in the user manual of the purchased items before you notify us that the item is faulty. Please take note that if we do book a return and find that the item is working then the return cost will be on the purchaser’s account. This minimum fee will be R150 depending on the area for the return and delivery of the working item.
I changed my mind – I don’t want the item anymore
If the parcel is still on the way to you, or it has just arrived, but you haven’t opened it yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher or refund. We will charge a 10% handling fee at our discretion, but before we can give you a Credit Voucher or refund, the parcel/item will need to return in good condition. These checks are to ensure it has not been opened and tampered with. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.
All out intimate products have detailed dimensions on them so please make sure that you check these dimensions before purchase to avoid disappointment as we can not accept back opened intimate products unless they are faulty.
Kindly note that due to hygiene reasons lingerie cannot be returned. Please make sure of your size before purchasing a lingerie item. A size guide has been provided with measurements. We want you to be ecstatic with your purchase and to feel confident in your new attire, so finding the right fit is our main priority.
