At SilkyFit, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible.

 

Please note that the time taken to dispatch an item is listed on each product detail page. If the order is in stock, we will ship within 24 hours. If the item detail says “dispatched in 2-5 working days” that means the item will leave our warehouse with the courier in 2-5 working days.

 

Main Centres will receive their orders in 1-2 working days, regional areas, 2-3 working days, and out-lying areas 2-4 working days.

 

Shipping detail:

 

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 12 pm SAST, it will be dispatched on the same day.
If you’ve missed the 12 pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

 

For the quickest dispatch, we recommend using our credit card payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Credit card payments are instant. If you have selected our EFT option, please forward proof of payment to info@silkyfit.co.za with your order number as a reference.

 

For urgent orders, we highly recommend contacting our friendly customer service team for assistance via our Contact Us page. All orders are sent via a reputable courier service.

 

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be visible on the parcel or waybill packing slip.
